How do I reserve a room at Lumiere?

To make a reservation, please use our secured online reservation form available on this website. To ensure your reservation is complete, please make sure all required fields are filled accordingly and specifically.

How long will it take for the hotel to respond to my reservation request?

Response is immediate once your reservation is complete. However, if you do not receive any response within an hour, please inform us via info@thelumierehotel.com for a follow-up.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

An acknowledgement email with a reference number will be sent to your email address to confirm your reservation.

Would I be charged if I cancel or make amendments to my reservation?

Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation must be made 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellation or amendment made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night's room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax). In the event of no-show, a fee of one night's room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation.

Does your hotel accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept debit cards.

Will my card be charged upon reservation?

Yes, your credit card will be pre-authorized at least 24 hours before check-in.

What is the check-in/check-out time?

Our check-in is at 2 p.m. and our check-out is at 12 p.m. Early check-in is subjected to availability of the rooms.

What is the maximum capacity per room?

Each room houses a maximum of 2 guests.

Is Lumiere a smoker-friendly hotel?

No, Lumiere is a smoke-free establishment.

Is high-speed wireless internet available in the hotel?

Complimentary high-speed wireless internet is available throughout the hotel and all guest rooms. Ethernet cables are also available on request.

Can I make a special room request?

Feel free to let us know if you have any preferences and we will try to accommodate to your requests.

Can I book room(s) for a party/event?

Booking of rooms for parties/events is strictly not allowed due to consideration for other guests.

Is room service offered at the hotel?

We do not offer room service but our on-site restaurants provide take-out orders.

What type of power socket do you have in your rooms?

Our rooms are fitted with universal power sockets.

Is complimentary breakfast offered?

Yes, complimentary breakfast is offered with all our room categories.

Is free parking available?

We do offer free on-site parking at our hotel.
